Our story

One relationship can change everything.

Tatch didn’t start as software. It started as a conviction, earned in the trades: human connection is the most undervalued asset in business.

01· Where work comes from

Work in the trades doesn’t come from ads. It comes from a name someone trusts — a call made because a person knows a person. That’s how it’s always worked, and nothing about it is broken.

Tatch was born inside that world, at a fast-growing restoration company where work was won the old way: show up, do the work, keep your word.

02· The gap

Trucks get insured. Tools get inventoried. Relationships get nothing — they live in one rep’s phone and one owner’s head, and the business that depends on them can’t even see them.

Software never helped. CRMs are built for salespeople chasing leads — not for the person walking into an office and earning trust face to face. So it all runs on notebooks, spreadsheets, and memory.

It happens every day

Say you own a company — and your best rep just left.

He spent years getting to know every adjuster, agent, and property manager in the area. Monday morning he’s gone — and every relationship he built on your time walks out the door with him. Nothing on your books changed. Everything about your next year did.

The relationships were never really the company’s. They belonged to whoever was holding the phone.

03· So we built Tatch

That gap shouldn’t exist. So we closed it.

Tatch makes the connections that feed your business visible — and yours. Built by operators, not guessed by a startup: it plans the route, logs the visit, pays the partner, and remembers everything — so the network stays with the business, not in somebody’s pocket.

04· What we believe

  • 01

Relationships are infrastructure — not soft skills.

  • 02

Depth over breadth. One right relationship beats a pipeline of weak leads.

  • 03

Automate the admin. Never the relationship.

  • 04

Own your pipeline — your network stays with your business.

Software can plan a route and move the money. It can’t shake a hand. Tatch exists for the people who do — the ones who show up and do the work no algorithm can replace.

From our founder

“Building a business on your own is hard. Finding leads and managing your own systems is a balancing act that usually happens at the expense of relationship-building. That’s why I built Tatch — so you don’t have to piece things together like I did.

Why “Tatch”

Tatch comes from attach. To your relationships. To your territory. To the partners who send you work. The mark is four nodes pulling together — the moment a connection holds.

The team behind Tatch.
