Who we are
Tatch (“Tatch”, “we”, “us”) makes route-based business development software for the people who build relationships. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions any time: hello@tatch.co.
What we collect
This is a pre-launch site. The only information you can give us here is what you type into the waitlist and book-a-demo forms: your email address, and optionally your name, company, and anything you write in a message field.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider also produces routine server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We use these only to operate and secure the site.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies on this site — see the Cookie Policy.
How we use it
We use form submissions to do exactly what the form says: put you on the TatchConnect waitlist and contact you about launch, pricing, and availability — or to arrange the demo you requested. We may send occasional product updates related to your signup. Every email includes a way to opt out.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your information on the basis of your consent (you submitted the form) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You can withdraw consent at any time — see “Your rights.”
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make the site work: our hosting platform, the service that processes form submissions, and the email service we use to reply. Each receives only what it needs and may not use it for anything else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
We keep waitlist and demo submissions until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for launch communications. Server logs rotate on our host’s standard schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these, email hello@tatch.co — we will respond within the time the applicable law requires. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Third-party content
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a scrolling library from a CDN. Your browser requests those files directly from the provider, which sees your IP address as part of serving the request. These requests set no cookies on this site.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
